Frequently asked questions
How do I start selling?
To sell products online, you must register the relevant information in the Trade Register of the Republic of Belarus. Once you receive confirmation of registration, enter the registration date and number in your POST MARKET seller account. A positive Electronic Personal Account (EPA) balance is also required for store approval.
How long does store approval take?
Store approval takes no more than 3 business days, provided that the seller is registered in the Trade Register of the Republic of Belarus and has a positive Electronic Personal Account (EPA) balance.
What commission is charged on sales?
POST MARKET charges a 4% commission only on orders you accept for processing.
Can I set my own order processing schedule?
Yes. You can choose the days and hours when you process orders. Your schedule must include at least 4 working hours per day and at least 3 working days per week. Orders must be accepted for processing within 120 minutes during your scheduled working hours.
Can I integrate with POST MARKET via API?
API integration documentation is available at dev.belpost.by, where you can find descriptions of the main methods and requests. For integration-related questions, contact tech_pm@belpost.by.
When will I receive payment for a sold product?
Payments for orders placed by individuals without a bank loan are transferred on the 5th business day after the product is delivered to the customer. Orders placed by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, as well as purchases financed with a bank loan, are paid directly to the seller without the marketplace's involvement.
How is order delivery organized?
You store your products and prepare orders yourself. Once orders are ready, you can hand them over to Belpost for delivery or deliver them to customers yourself — by courier or through your own pickup points.
Can I give my employees access to my store?
Yes. You can invite employees to your seller account and assign them roles to manage orders, products, and customer interactions.
